GTA 5: Problems with storage status acquisition on PS5, Xbox Series X

Today, on 15. March 2022 is the activation for the release of GTA 5 on PS5 and Xbox Series X | S . Thanks to Rockstar Games , those who already have a PS4 or Xbox One version of GTA 5 can transfer their previous scores to the respective Next-Gen version. GTA online profile migration: That's how it works!

Using the Rockstar Games Social Club Account GTAs can be migrated online profiles from load gene consoles like PS4 or Xbox One to a PS5 or Xbox Series X | S. This unique process allows players to transfer their characters, GTA, progress, statistics, vehicles, real estate, weapons, clothing and players created jobs. This is very easy according to the Rockstar Support page:

Who selects the option for GTA-online on the PS5 or Xbox Series X | S, you can choose whether your existing profile wants to transfer. If you agree to the profile migration, you can then select the platform from which your profile wants to migrate. As soon as the migration is completely completed, you will be informed by a message. Note that your account ** will no longer be available on last gene consoles after the migration is completed.

GTA-Online: Profile migration Not possible for everyone

For some players, despite the simplicity of the procedure unforeseen, there has been a problem. As confirmed in a support tweet of Rockstar Games, players who have migrated their GTA online accounts previously migrated from PS4 or Xbox One to the PC **, not to migrate to the new console version.

Story mode can also be transferred

In addition, players can now transfer their progress in story mode from the load gene consoles to the Next-Gen versions by uploading an existing score in the Rockstar Games Social Club. This works through the pause menu under the "Game" tab and the "Upload Score" option.
