Halo TV series: Episode 4 Return home Summary

The fourth episode of AUREOLA titled Remopo to Casa, begins with another flashback. This time, we can see the Chief Master (John) and the other members of the Silver Team Training to become Spartans when they were children. After seeing a brief sequence of young Spartans running as a group, then we see John talking to Dr. Halsey when he was a child. Following the conversation between the two, we go back to the current period of time in which the master chief prepares to visit the Natal Planet of Him, Eridanus II.

Back in Reach, we see Kai briefly, who previously had spied on the master chief while he took off the chip in the spine that had kept the repressed emotions of him. At the same time, it shows that Kai has now eliminated his own inhibitor of him, although his own reasons for doing so are not yet clear.

On the other side of the Galaxy, Soren and Kwan finally arrive at Madrigal, where the Vinsher mercenary has seized the previous kwan colony. Kwan is briefly found with an old friend of him that he knew and when he re-entered the city. He then attends a vigil dedicated to his father and those who died in the first attack on Madrigal. Kwan learns that the rebel forces of Madrigal that he expected him to rebel against Vinsher, on the other hand, gave in to his orders for fear.

In Eridanus II, Chief ends up uneasing the box near the old home of him who brought him to the planet in the first place. Inside, he simply finds old drawings that he did when he was a child. He then proceeds to walk towards the old home of him and, with the help of cutting, he can recreate the habitable space in which he once resided. The boss proceeds to have an extensive flashback that presents his mother and his father. He also sees himself working without ceasing in these drawings that he discovered previously. Flashback continues to show another artifact with which Chief interacted when he was a child. This memory of Chief's youth then ends when he sees himself talking to Halsey in his house, which suggests that both have a deeper background story from what was thought.

Simultaneously in Reach, Miranda Keyes recruits the other members of the Silver Team to see what it is its own reactions by interacting with the cornerst1. Spartans get involved with the artifact, but unlike Chief, nothing happens. In a subsequent conversation, the members of the Silver Team remember a phrase of the covenant who heard as they fought against the alien race. The term encourages Miranda to remember the message that Makee had previously sent to the UNSC. After interpreting the message more, Keyes and Kai discover that the Covenant has been talking about an object called "Halo".

Kwan and Soren are trapped in Madrigal after the scapers plunder Soren's ship. Then, Kwan meets his aunt, who informs him that his father had a story and a reason to be in Madrigal that Kwan never knew. A murderer hired by Vinsher bursts and kills Kwan's aunt before Soren appears and fights against the murderer before she does the same with Kwan.

The master chief proceeds to confront Halsey about how he saw her in her childhood flashback. Halsey suggests that the memory was false and that emerged as a trauma of her youth. Leaving aside the feelings of him on the matter for a moment, Chief climbs a Warthog with Halsey and travels to the place where he knows he interacted previously with the artifact when he was a child. The boss ends up finding the artifact and looks at it before the episode comes to an end.
